I've been running a Web Design agency since 2002, and I teach other agency owners how to set up effective systems to track and manage their agency data.
Agency life isn't all rainbows and unicorns... but you know that.
It's not easy hustling to find leads and close deals, growing your team, delivering on the work, and managing cash flow & taxes.
Over time I've received some great coaching and training from some of the best names in the business. I've created some killer systems and processes that have completely turned things around.
While I don't own an island I do ZERO of the design and delivery work for my agency.

This website is where I share some of the systems and processes I've created starting with Agency X-Ray, the glue that holds my agency together.
What I do.
I focus my energy in two main areas.
I've been running my web design agency, Thrive, since 2002. I've had a lot of ups and downs but things have really expanded over the past 3 years. I've got a team, each who are brilliant at what they do, to handle all aspects of the client work.
To run my agency effectively, I've had to build out systems and processes that allowed me to track and analyze my data, and make better business decisions. Since I kept getting asked how I did it, I made a course to teach people exactly what I do.

I use (and love) Airtable. It's a great tool, but it can be overwhelming when you first pick it up. To help, I've put together a short micro course to teach agency owners how to pick up Airtable and get started.
I've owned a website agency since 2002.
My team handles all design, development, and client-facing work while I manage lead generation, sales, and business development.
In fact, I haven't personally built a website since 2015.
Focusing on the business has allowed me to fine-tune my sales process and answer the big questions for my agency.
Agency X-Ray is the culmination of that focus.
